A 30-year-old man lost his life following a violent altercation inside a business located in the 200 block of North Pulaski Road on Saturday afternoon. The confrontation occurred around 3 p.m., during which the victim was engaged in a heated argument with another individual. In a sudden escalation, the assailant brandished a handgun and fired at the victim, striking him critically.
Emergency services quickly responded to the scene, and the victim was transported to a nearby hospital. Despite medical efforts, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival. This tragic incident has left the local community in shock, raising concerns about safety and violence in the area.
As of now, law enforcement officials have not made any arrests, and the investigation is ongoing. Authorities are appealing to the public for any information that could assist in identifying the shooter and bringing them to justice.
